The invention belongs to the technical field of asphalt waste cleaning, and particularly relates to a waste recycling device for green building construction. The device comprises a push frame and a crushing device, and is low in manufacturing cost, capable of efficiently crushing asphalt paved pavements, large in area of crushing the pavements once, and relatively small in crushed asphalt particles. When the waste recycling device does not work, the crushing hemisphere is higher than the ground and does not collide with the ground; the situation that a user moves and transfers the device whenthe device does not work and the broken hemisphere collides with the ground to smash a good road surface is prevented; and a balancing weight is designed in the inner side of the sliding block, so that the arm of force of a swing mechanism located in the lower side is longer than that of a swing mechanism located in the upper side, and compared with a traditional arm of force with the same length,power required for rotation of a crushing unit in the device is smaller.
