Movable road and bridge detection device
The invention provides a movable road and bridge detection device. The device comprises a moving table, an adjusting plate capable of horizontally moving along the moving table is arranged on the upper side of the moving table, an adjusting block is arranged on the upper side of the adjusting plate, a detection arm is arranged on the upper side of the adjusting block, one end of the detection armis rotatably connected with the adjusting block, an infrared detector is arranged at the other end of the detection arm, and a first power mechanism driving the detection arm to reciprocate is arranged on the adjusting block; L-shaped adjusting rods are arranged on the two sides of the adjusting block, one end of each L-shaped adjusting rod is inserted into the adjusting block, and second power mechanisms for driving the corresponding L-shaped adjusting rods to move along the adjusting block are arranged on the two sides of the top of the adjusting block; and the other end of each L-shaped adjusting rod is rotatably connected with a crack detection mechanism. According to the device, crack detection is conducted on a pavement bridge through the detection arm, and accurate detection of scanned cracks is achieved through the L-shaped adjusting rods after the cracks are detected, so the detection precision is improved, later maintenance is facilitated, the later maintenance time is shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种可移动道路桥梁检测装置,包括移动台,移动台的上侧设有能够沿移动台水平移动的调节板,调节板的上侧设有调节块,调节块的上侧设有检测臂,检测臂的一端与调节块可转动连接,另一端设有红外探测器,调节块上设有带动检测臂往复转动的第一动力机构;调节块的两侧均设有L型调节杆,每个L型调节杆的一端均插接于调节块上,调节块的顶部两侧均设有带动与其对应的L型调节杆沿调节块移动的第二动力机构;每个L型调节杆的另一端上均可转动连接有裂缝检测机构。该装置通过检测臂对路面桥梁进行裂缝检测,当检测到裂缝后再通过L型调节杆实现对扫描裂缝的精确检测,提高检测精度,便于后期维护,缩短后期维护时间,提高工作效率。
