According to the movable road bridge and the road bridge vehicle, due to the fact that the supporting assembly is adopted to support the supporting plate and enable the supporting plate to ascend and descend, the technical problem that when an existing movable road bridge and an existing road bridge vehicle are used, the inclination angle of the supporting plate cannot be adjusted according to the road condition is effectively solved; therefore, the purpose of freely adjusting the inclination angle of the supporting plate is achieved, meanwhile, the using stability of the supporting plate can be improved, collapse or deformation of the supporting plate is avoided, and the service life of the supporting plate is prolonged.
