Novel vacuum preloading drain pipe and vacuum preloading construction method used by same
The invention relates to a novel vacuum preloading drain pipe and a vacuum preloading construction method used by the same. The drain pipe comprises a drain plate and a water-permeable geotextile which is arranged on the periphery of the drain plate and fixed to the drain plate. The cross section of the drain plate is in a cross shape and drain holes are evenly formed in the drain plate and penetrate through the sidewall of the drain plate. A plurality of fill areas are formed between the drain plate and the geotextile in a constraint mode and the fill areas are filled with filler which is forimproving structural strength and can be used for coarse filtrating. The novel vacuum preloading drain pipe is improved in extrusion resistance to soil in the process of construction because the drain pipe is arranged in the water-permeable geotextile which is in a tube shape. Meanwhile, because the drain pipe is arranged inside and because of the filling of granular stone chips, mud is preventedfrom clogging the drain holes by intruding into the drain pipe; and therefore, water drainage is effectively increased and the whole vacuum preloading drainage cycle is shortened.
本发明涉及一种新型真空预压排水管及其使用的真空预压施工方法,上述排水管包括排水板,排水板的横截面呈“十”字形,排水板上均匀设有排水孔,排水孔贯穿排水板侧壁;以及围绕于排水板外围并固定于排水板上的透水土工布,且排水板及透水土工布之间约束形成多个填充区,填充区内填充有用以增加结构强度并可进行粗过滤的填充物。本发明提供的新型真空预压排水管中由于排水板内置于筒状的透水土工布中,使得上述排水管在施工时抗土壤的挤压力增强;同时排水板的内置及颗粒状石硝的填充也可防止泥土侵入排水板而堵塞排水孔,进而可有效增大排水量,使整个真空预压降水周期性变短。
