The invention discloses a closed supercharged vacuum preloading construction method. After a soil body to be preloaded is closed by adopting a cement mixing pile, a drainage belt is driven, a supercharging system is arranged, and a waterproof curtain is laid on the supercharging system. The method sequentially comprises the following procedures of site leveling, surface sharp object removal, construction paying-off positioning, waterproof curtain fender post construction, site excavation, mechanical drainage plate insertion, supercharging pipe insertion, connection of drainage plates to form avacuum system, connection of supercharging pipes to form a supercharging system, sealing of a ditch, burying of a hole pressure measuring device, laying of knitted cloth needle punched cloth, layingof a sealing film, vacuumizing until the vacuum degree is larger than or equal to 80kpa, vacuum dead load, supercharging of the supercharging system by 0-40N pressure, repeated pressure reduction, vacuum solidification, pump stopping for air exhaust termination and detection. According to the method, the air tightness of a preloading system is guaranteed by adopting double measures of the three-axis cement mixing pile and the sealing film, the design value guarantee degree of the vacuum degree under the film is high, the soil body solidification period is short, and the bearing capacity is greatly improved.
本发明公开了封闭增压式真空预压施工工法,采用水泥搅拌桩封闭待预压土体后,再打设排水带,设置增压系统,上铺隔水帷幕,该方法依次包括如下工序:场地平整、清除表面尖锐物、施工放线定位、止水帷幕围护桩施工、场区开挖、机械插设排水板、插设增压管、连接排水板组成真空系统、连接增压管组成增压系统、密封沟、埋设孔压测量装置、铺设编织布针刺布、铺设密封膜、抽真空、抽至真空度≥80kpa、真空恒载、增压系统增压0~40N压力、减压往复进行、真空固结、停泵终止抽气和检测。本工法采用三轴水泥搅拌桩和密封膜双重措施来保障预压体系的气密性,本工法膜下真空度设计值保证度较高,土体固结周期短,承载力提升较大。
