Construction method for variable-section composite pile
The invention discloses a construction method for a variable-section composite pile, and is suitable for processing soft soil foundations. The construction operation of the construction method comprises the following steps of: a: flattening a place, and carrying out bidirectional stirring pile machine positioning; b: enabling the stirring pile machine to downwards drill to carry out guniting and stirring on a soil body; c: lifting the stirring pile machine, continuously stirring cement soil to the ground surface or to a position which is higher than an elevation for 50 cm or above, repeating band c to finish a lower part pile body of a variable-section stirring pile; d: elongating the vanes of a stirrer, and applying to a stirring pile expansion head part; e: finishing variable-section stirring pile construction; and f: when the constructed variable-section stirring pile is not hardened, applying a variable-section reinforced concrete precast pile with the expansion head by a vibratedpipeline sinking method on the center of the constructed variable-section stirring pile. The construction method disclosed by the invention fully combines the diameter expansion technologies of a single rigid pile and a stirring pile, so that the construction method has dual advantages of a variable section and a stiff composite pile, pile body bearing capacity can be effectively improved, a pileinterval is increased, engineering cost is lowered, and the construction method has a wide application prospect.
本发明公开了一种变截面复合桩的施工方法,适用于软弱土地基处理,其施工操作包括以下步骤:a.平整场地、双向搅拌桩机定位;b.搅拌桩机向下钻进,对土体进行喷浆并搅拌;c.提升搅拌桩机,并继续搅拌水泥土至地表或设计标高以上50cm;重复步骤b、c,完成变截面搅拌桩下部桩体;d.伸长搅拌机叶片,施作搅拌桩扩大头部分;e.完成变截面搅拌桩施工;f.在已施作的变截面搅拌桩尚未硬凝时,在其中心用振动沉管法施打具有扩大头的变截面钢筋混凝土预制桩。本发明充分结合了单一刚性桩和搅拌桩的扩径技术,兼纳变截面和劲性复合桩的双重优势,能够有效提高桩体承载力,增大桩间距,降低工程造价,具有广泛的应用前景。
