The invention discloses an underwater hydraulic pile driving method comprising the following steps of A, first placing a hammer head of a hydraulic pile hammer underwater pile driving device in water;B, connecting a pile hammer power station on the hydraulic pile hammer underwater pile driving device and a high-pressure air compressor control system through a cable, and connecting the high-pressure air compressor control system with a water level inspection and control box through the cable; C, providing a doubling between the water level inspection and control box and the pile hammer power station, and connecting the water level inspection and control box to 220V voltage; D, providing power to the hydraulic pile hammer underwater pile driving device by the high-pressure air compressor control system to discharge the water inside the, and simultaneously providing protective gas to the hammer body; and E, making the hydraulic pile hammer underwater pile driving device to start piling.Using the method for underwater piling not only can reduce the resistance encountered by the piling device underwater and reduce the energy consumption of the device, but also performs gas protectionon the hammer body to make the underwater hydraulic pile driving more stable.
本发明公开了一种水下液压打桩方法,包括以下步骤:A、首先将液压打桩锤水下打桩设备的锤头放置到水中;B、将液压打桩锤水下打桩设备上的打桩锤动力站与高压空压机控制系统,通过电缆线进行连接,将高压空压机控制系统通过电缆线与水位检查及控制箱进行连接;C、水位检查及控制箱与打桩锤动力站之间设有并线,并且将水位检查及控制箱接入220V电压;D、高压空压机控制系统向液压打桩锤水下打桩设备提供动力,将液压打桩锤水下打桩设备内部的水排出,同时向锤体提供保护气体;E、液压打桩锤水下打桩设备开始进行打桩,采用该方法进行水下打桩,不仅可以减少打桩设备在水下遇到的阻力,降低设备的能耗,同时对锤体进行气体的保护,使水下液压打桩更加稳定的打桩。
