The invention discloses a jacket levelling construction process of an offshore booster station. The jacket levelling construction process comprises the steps that two floating cranes and a pile driving boat are matched for construction, one floating crane lifts a jacket in the whole process to ensure that the jacket is flat and close to the design requirements as far as possible, the other pile driving construction boat is utilized to drive all three auxiliary piles to given positions, then a first product pile is constructed, a method of driving one product pile and pulling one auxiliary pileis adopted to drive the piles to the design elevation in turn, a guide wheel is additionally arranged between the jacket and a foundation pile to ensure the verticality of a pile body, after four piles are all driven, and the matching of the two floating cranes is utilized to adjust the jacket to the final state to meet the design requirements. The jacket levelling construction process is reasonable, the method of driving one product pile and pulling one auxiliary pile is adopted to drive the piles to the design elevation in turn, construction is conducted while levelling, and the problem that it is difficult to level the jacket of the offshore booster station by a traditional process is solved.
