The invention discloses a grouting and plugging process for a jacket of an offshore booster station. The grouting and plugging process comprises the steps that grouting and sealing toolings are manufactured, modifying and manufacturing can be conducted according to different pile diameters of different projects, the grouting and sealing toolings are encircled on the surface a foundation pile and pushed upward until the grouting and sealing toolings reach the bottom of the jacket, thus the upper surface of a ring plate is connected with bottom of the jacket, the two semicircular grouting and sealing toolings are fastened to the periphery of the foundation pile through double-headed screws, and a hoop and the foundation pile are fixed by electric welding trough underwater welding tools. Thegrouting and plugging process is simple and reasonable, the risk of slurry leakage is avoided, the grouting time is shortened, the construction cost is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种海上升压站导管架灌浆封堵工艺,制作灌浆封隔工装,并可根据不同项目不同桩径进行修改制作,将灌浆封隔工装环抱于基础桩表面并向上推,一直推到导管架底部,使环板上表面与导管架底部相连,将两个半圆环形的灌浆封隔工装通过双头螺丝紧固于基础桩外围,通过水下焊接工具对抱箍与基础桩进行电焊固定,该封堵工艺简单、合理,规避了漏浆的风险,缩短了灌浆时间,节省了施工成本,提高了施工效率。
