The invention relates to a dismounting and mounting method of an assembled steel structure main beam. The assembled steel structure main beam comprises a main beam main body, the dismounting and mounting method comprises a mounting method and a dismounting method; at least one end of the main beam main body is provided with a notch; a plurality of supporting plates which vertically extend and arearranged at intervals are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of the main beam main body; according to the mounting method and the dismounting method, the distance between the two ends of a dismounting jig needs to be adjusted firstly, then the two ends of the dismounting jig are arranged on two supporting plates at the splicing position of the two main beam main bodies correspondingly, andthen a jack is arranged between any end of the dismounting jig and the supporting plates; and finally, the jack is driven to enable the two main beam main bodies to be close to each other or separatedfrom each other through the dismounting jig, and therefore the splicing position is tightly attached or loosened. According to the dismounting and mounting method, two or more main beam main bodies can be rapidly, accurately and firmly assembled into a whole without being welded, dismounting is also convenient and fast, cutting is not needed, the working efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种组装式钢结构主梁的拆装方法,其中组装式钢结构主梁包含主梁主体;所述拆装方法包括安装方法和拆卸方法;所述主梁主体至少有一端设置有缺口;所述主梁主体的两侧对应设置有多个竖直延伸且间隔排列的支撑板;所述安装方法和拆卸方法均需要先调节拆装治具两端的间距,再将拆装治具的两端分别置于两根主梁主体拼接处的两支撑板上,然后将千斤顶置于拆装治具任意一端与支撑板之间,最后驱动千斤顶通过拆装治具使两根主梁主体相互靠近或分离,从而使拼接处紧密贴合或松开;本发明能将两根或两根以上主梁主体不需要焊接就快速、精准、牢固的拼装成一体,且拆除时同样便捷,不需要切割,不仅提高了工作效率,且节约成本。
