A sand discharging opening is formed in the cylinder wall, close to the bottom, of each outer sleeve, and a plugging cover is arranged on the outer sleeve and located at the sand discharging opening in an opening and closing mode; a sand unloading device is arranged on each outer sleeve and used for assisting in discharging sand in the outer sleeve from the sand unloading opening.
