Pre-coated veneer containing UV coating and preparation process of pre-coated veneer
The invention relates to the technical field related to veneer coating processes, in particular to a pre-coated veneer containing a UV coating and a preparation process of the pre-coated veneer. The first aspect of the invention provides the preparation process of the pre-coated veneer containing the UV coating. The preparation process comprises the following steps that veneer is fixed on the surface of a base plate by using UV glue, and the veneer is fixed on the base plate through radiation curing; the surface of the veneer is coated with UV paint; and then the coated veneer is stripped fromthe surface of the base plate. According to the pre-coated veneer containing the UV coating and the preparation process of the pre-coated veneer, the veneer and the base plate are glued through the UV glue, and the surface of the thin veneer is coated with the UV paint; according to the pre-coated veneer containing the UV coating and the preparation process of the pre-coated veneer, the veneer and the base plate can be well fixed through the UV glue, and the veneer and the UV glue are easily and completely peeled off from the base plate, so that residues of the veneer and the UV glue on the surface of the base plate are avoided, cyclic utilization of the base plate is achieved; and the veneer material with the UV paint can be prepared through the process and can be directly used in the later period, and the step that the surface of a floor board is gradually coated with the veneer and the UV paint in the traditional process is omitted, so that the process is simplified, the cost is saved, and the efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及木皮的涂装工艺相关的技术领域，更具体地，本发明提供一种含有UV涂层的预涂装木皮及其制备工艺。本发明的第一方面提供一种含有UV涂层的预涂装木皮的制备工艺，包括如下步骤：利用UV胶将木皮固定于基板表面，通过辐射固化，使木皮固定在基板上；再于木皮表面涂装UV油漆；再从基板表面剥离涂装好的木皮。本发明通过UV胶实现木皮与基板的胶合，实现在较薄木皮表面涂装UV油漆，且本申请提供的UV胶既可以较好的固定木皮与基板，也轻易把木皮连带UV胶从基板上完整剥离下来，避免其在基板表面的残余，实现基板的循环利用，且通过本发明的工艺可以制备得到很有UV油漆的木皮材料，可以在后期直接使用，克服了传统工艺中木皮、UV油漆分别于地板表面逐步涂覆的步骤，简化工艺，节省成本，提高效率。

The invention relates to the technical field related to veneer coating processes, in particular to a pre-coated veneer containing a UV coating and a preparation process of the pre-coated veneer.
