The invention relates to a bendable laminated veneer which comprises a laminated film, a base material, a veneer, a hot melt adhesive and a bending groove, the veneer (UV paint or melamine paper and the like) is attached to one side of the base material, and the laminated film made of a thermoplastic resin material is arranged on the side, opposite to the base material, of the veneer; a non-through bending groove is formed in the other surface, opposite to the decorative surface, of the base material, and hot melt adhesive is arranged in the bending groove; the bendable film-coated veneer can be bent by a small angle smaller than R5 mm along the bending groove. According to the bendable laminated veneer provided by the invention, the toughness protection effect of the laminated film attached to one side wall of the veneer on the bending groove is utilized, the veneer can be directly bent along the bending groove of the veneer, the bending position of the bending groove of the bent veneer is not prone to cracking and paint falling, the bending process is simple and high in efficiency, and the qualified rate of finished products is higher than that in the prior art; the designed V-shaped groove can adjust the bending angle, and the designed square groove protrudes inwards to form a step protruding part which is suitable for being bent by 90 degrees along the square groove.
本发明涉及一种可折弯覆膜饰面板,包括覆膜、基材、饰面、热熔胶及折弯槽,所述基材的一面贴设置有饰面(UV油漆或三聚氰胺纸等),所述饰面背向基材的一面设置有热塑性树脂料的覆膜;所述基材背向饰面的另一面向其内开设有不贯穿的折弯槽,该折弯槽内设置有热熔胶;所述可折弯覆膜饰面板能够沿着折弯槽进行小于R5mm小角度折弯。本发明提出的可折弯覆膜饰面板,利用饰面板一侧壁贴合的覆膜对折弯槽的韧性保护作用,可直接沿饰面板折弯槽弯折,弯折后的饰面板折弯槽的折弯处不易出现开裂和掉漆的问题,弯折工序简单效率高,成品合格率高于现有技术,设计的V型槽可调节折弯角度,设计的方型槽内凸出形成台阶突出部,适合沿方型槽成90度折弯。
