The invention relates to a method for synchronously constructing vertical pipes along with a main body structure. The method for synchronously constructing the vertical pipes along with the main bodystructure comprises the following steps: 1, applying a BIM technology, establishing a three-dimensional pipeline model based on a full size, and carrying out optimized arrangement on pipelines in a pipe well; 2, carrying out sectioned die arrangement, numbering and prefabrication machining on the pipelines according to the height of a floor and the reducing condition of the pipelines; 3, applyinga sleeve directly-burying technology, and carrying out one-process pre-burying on sleeves in the pipe well; and 4, sequentially hoisting the whole pipelines into the pre-buried sleeves by virtue of atower crane, connecting, and realizing the operation of constructing the vertical pipes along with the main body structure. According to the method for synchronously constructing the vertical pipes along with the main body structure, a key electromechanical procedure is advanced, so that the purpose of constructing the pipe well at first is achieved, and the whole project duration is shortened; the sleeves are accurately pre-buried and a floor slab is poured-formed in one process, so that the hidden danger of water leakage is reduced; the whole vertical pipes are hoisted, and welded junctionsare reduced, so that the construction quality is improved; a working space is wide, so that the difficulty of pipe transfer and pipeline construction is lowered, and the construction efficiency is increased; and the workloads of field welding and paint brushing are reduced, and pollution to an environment and damage to construction personnel are reduced.
