The cofferdams are oppositely built at the two ends of the outer side of the preset area, soil filling is synchronously conducted on the construction area corresponding to the cofferdams in the process, after the cofferdams are enclosed, a foundation is formed in the construction area, treatment can be conducted according to the construction requirements of an assembly type structure and a high-rise building through treatment, filling is matched while layer-by-layer construction is conducted, and the construction efficiency is improved. The effect of synchronous construction of underground and overground structures is achieved, the construction steps can be reduced, the engineering amount and the engineering period are shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.
