The invention provides a concrete crack repairing and grouting process. The concrete crack repairing and grouting process comprises the following steps of (1) fixing a plurality of grouting packings on the surface of a concrete crack, keeping the distance between every two adjacent grouting packings to be 15 to 20cm, and enabling grouting holes of each grouting packing to directly face the concrete crack so as to ensure that a grouting material is smoothly injected to the inner part of the crack; (2) carrying out sealing and compacting on the peripheries of the grouting packings and the residual surface of the concrete crack by using a sealing material; and (3) grouting the concrete crack through the grouting packings one by one from bottom to top. According to the concrete crack repairingand grouting process, on the premise that the structure of concrete is not damaged and the maximum bearing capacity and load value of the concrete structure are not affected, repairing the inner partof the concrete crack is carried out.
本发明提供了一种混凝土裂缝修补注浆工艺，包括以下步骤：(1)将若干注浆盘根固定在混凝土裂缝的表面，相邻注浆盘根间距为15～20cm，每个注浆盘根的注浆孔正对混凝土裂缝，以保证注浆材料顺利注入至裂缝内部；(2)使用密封材料对注浆盘根四周及混凝土裂缝的剩余表面进行封闭密实；(3)从下至上逐一通过注浆盘根向混凝土裂缝内注浆。本发明在不破坏混凝土自身结构，不影响混凝土结构最大承载力及荷载值的前提下，对混凝土裂缝内部进行修补。
