The invention discloses a grouting construction technology for optimizing the bridge crack repairing effect. The grouting construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, bridge cracks are investigated and analyzed; s2, holes are drilled in a plum blossom shape in a staggered mode along the two sides of the crack, and the drilling depth and the drilling interval are optimized according to the steel bar burial depth and the corresponding durability index; s3, pollutants attached in concrete cracks are dissolved through a special crack cleaning agent, and water is pressed to wash the pollutants; s4, carrying out first porous parallel grouting by using a water-foamed grouting material, and discharging water in the crack to form a cavity structure tightly connected with the concrete; s5, secondary multi-hole parallel grouting is conducted, an inner cavity of the cavity structure formed after primary grouting is filled with the grouting material, and a dense repairing structure is formed; and S6, plugging the hole, and polishing to be smooth. Through process optimization, it is ensured that the structure of the grouting material in the crack is a uniform and dense structure, and effective protection is formed on steel bars in the structure, so that the durability of the structure after repair is improved.
