The rotary type sewage suction head device can stir, loosen and crush sediments in a pipeline and is equipped with the compressed air spray nozzle and the high-pressure water spray nozzle, and the sediments in the pipeline are loosened, crushed and collected by the device and are conveyed into a ground dredging vehicle through a negative-pressure sewage suction pipe.
