The external-expansion-type housing container body comprises a container top, a container bottom, upper folding walls, lowerfolding walls, locking plates, upper locking grooves and lower locking grooves; and the lower ends of the lower folding walls are connected with the container bottom, the lower locking grooves are formed in the outer sides of the upper ends of the lower folding walls, the upper ends of the lower folding walls are connected with the lower ends of the upper folding walls, the upper ends of the upper folding walls are connected with the container top, the upper locking grooves are formed in the outer ends of the lower ends of the upper folding walls, and the locking plates are arranged between the upper locking grooves and the lower locking grooves. The structure is simple, a housing container is folded through a folding method and thus is conveniently built, the housing container is fixed through the mode of the locking plates and the locking grooves, thus the structure of the housing container is more stable, and mounting is also more convenient and easier.
