The prefabricated part comprises a body and a stressed rib; the stressed rib is arranged on the body; the prefabricated part is characterized by further comprising the positioning sleeve and the positioning rod; the positioning sleeve comprises a first enlarged guiding section and a first precise close-fitting section arranged on the inner side of the first enlarged guiding section, and the radial size of the first enlarged guiding section is larger than that of the first precise close-fitting section; and the positioning rod on one prefabricated part slides into the first precise close-fitting section along the first enlarged guiding section, located on the positioning sleeve, of the other prefabricated part.
