According to the invention, the modifier is added into the modified asphalt cold patch material, a linear SBS modifier and a star-shaped SBS modifier are selected as main modifiers, a stabilizer is used as an auxiliary material, the compatibility of SBS and asphalt is improved, asphalt segregation is prevented, and the utilization efficiency of SBS is improved; and modified epoxy resin is added, so that the bonding performance of the modified asphalt cold patch material is greatly improved.
