Novel asphalt cold-patch material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel asphalt cold-patch material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of pavement patching. The preparation method is used for recycling wastetiles and waste rubber materials to prepare the asphalt cold-patch material and comprises the following steps: (1) crushing waste glassfiber asphalt shingles; (2) pouring the waste rubber materials into a batching tank for heating and melting, adding the crushed waste glassfiber asphalt shingles and asphalt after the waste rubber materials are completely melted, heated and dehydrated to a state ofno obvious bubbles, and then carrying out heating and uniform stirring; (3) after the glass fibers in the batching tank are completely dispersed into threads and the materials are uniformly dispersed, conducting cooling to 120 DEG C, adding a cold-patch modifier, and conducting uniform mixing; and (4) adding stone and the materials in the batching tank into a stirring tank, and carrying out uniform stirring to obtain the asphalt cold-patch material. According to the invention, the waste glassfiber asphalt shingles and the waste rubber materials are made into the asphalt cold-patch material, so waste garbage is changed into a new product, waste recycling is realized, and the prepared asphalt cold-patch material has excellent performance.
本发明公开了一种新型沥青冷补料及其制备方法,用于将废瓦及废胶料回收利用制成沥青冷补料,属于路面修补技术领域;该沥青冷补料的制备方法为:(1)废玻纤沥青瓦破碎;(2)将废胶料倒入配料罐加热熔化,待完全熔化加热脱水至无明显起泡后,加入破碎好的废玻纤沥青瓦和沥青一起加热搅拌均匀;(3)待配料罐中玻纤完全分散成线,各物料分散均匀后将温度降至120℃,加入冷补料改性剂混合均匀;(4)将石料和配料罐中的物料加入搅拌罐中,搅拌均匀即得到所述的沥青冷补料;本发明通过将废玻纤沥青瓦和废胶料制作成沥青冷补料,使废物垃圾变成新的产品,实现了废物回收利用,并且制备的沥青冷补料性能优异。
