The recycled concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150-200 parts of a recycled concrete aggregate, 400-450 parts of cement, 700-800 parts of sand, 1000-1100 parts of stones, 120-150 parts of mineral powder, 50-100 parts of fly ash, 3-7parts of an expanding agent, 5-10 parts of a tackifier, 4-8 parts of a water reducing agent and 150-200 parts of water. Concrete waste is subjected to crushing, hydrochloric acid solution soaking, sodium silicate solution soaking and polyvinyl alcohol solution soaking to prepare the recycled concrete aggregate, and gaps of the concrete waste are filled, so that the mechanical property of the recycled concrete aggregate is improved. The recycled concrete prepared in the invention has excellent mechanical properties, and is suitable for constructional engineering with high requirements on concrete.
