Method for preparing novel ceramsite from iron tailings and biogas residues
The invention discloses a method for preparing novel ceramsite from iron tailings and biogas residues. The method comprises the following steps: drying the iron tailings, the biogas residues and sludge to constant weight, respectively grinding the iron tailings, the biogas residues and the sludge by a grinder until the particle size of the biogas residues is less than or equal to 0.15 mm, the particle size of the sludge is less than or equal to 0.5 mm and the particle size of the iron tailings is less than or equal to 1mm, and uniformly mixing in a raw material bin to obtain a mixture; sendingthe obtained mixture into a slurry pool, uniformly spraying a sodium carbonate aqueous solution, uniformly stirring, and carrying out sealed aging for 24-48 hours to obtain slurry; granulating the slurry into green balls, and sending the green balls into a blast dryer for drying to constant weight; and conveying the dried green balls into a high-temperature sintering furnace, roasting for 10-20 minutes at the temperature of 1050-1100 DEG C, and cooling along with the furnace to obtain the novel ceramsite. The product obtained by the invention can be respectively used for building light aggregate, sewage biological treatment and sewage source biological filtering, and wastes such as iron tailings and biogas residues are effectively utilized.
本发明公开了一种利用铁尾矿和沼气渣制备新型陶粒的方法,包括以下步骤:将铁尾矿、沼气渣和淤泥烘干至恒重,再分别经磨机粉磨至沼气渣粒径≤0.15mm、淤泥粒径≤0.5mm和铁尾矿粒径≤1mm,生料仓中混合均匀制得混合料;所得混合料送到浆池中,均匀喷洒碳酸钠水溶液,经搅拌均匀后密封陈化24~48h得到浆料;将浆料造粒成生球,送至鼓风干燥机中干燥至恒重;将干燥生球输送到高温烧结炉中在1050~1100℃下焙烧10~20min,随炉冷却得到新型陶粒。本发明所得产品分别可用于建筑轻质集料、污水生物处理和污水源生物过滤,而且对铁尾矿和沼气渣等废物进行了有效利用。
