Iron tailing water permeable brick and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an iron tailing water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of iron tailing reutilization. The water permeable brick is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-60% of iron tailings, 20-30% of clay and 15-20% of water glass. A large amount of waste iron tailings are used for preparing the water permeable brick, the production cost of the water permeable brick can be reduced, and the ecological environment is improved; the clay and the water glass are adopted as binders of the water permeable brick,the plasticity of the water permeable brick is enhanced, meanwhile, the firing temperature of the water permeable brick is reduced, and the water permeable brick prepared from the iron tailings in cooperation with the clay and the water glass has good water permeability and compressive strength. Results show that the compressive strength of the water permeable brick is 26-31 MPa; and the water permeability coefficient is 3.5-3.9 * 10 <-2 > cm/s.
本发明提供了一种铁尾矿透水砖及其制备方法,属于铁尾矿再利用技术领域。本发明的透水砖以质量百分含量计,包括以下制备原料:铁尾矿50~60%,黏土20~30%,水玻璃15~20%。本发明大量使用废弃铁尾矿制备透水砖,可降低透水砖的生产成本,改善生态环境;采用黏土、水玻璃作为透水砖的粘结剂,增强了透水砖的可塑性,同时降低了透水砖的烧成温度,本发明采用铁尾矿配合黏土和水玻璃制备的透水砖具有良好的透水性和抗压强度。实施例的结果表明,本发明透水砖的抗压强度为26~31MPa;透水系数为3.5~3.9×10cm/s。
