The cement treated red soil aggregate constructed by the method not only can realize large-scaleconstruction, but also has good integrity and compactness of a cement treated red soil aggregate structure layer after construction, and feasible construction guidance can be provided for similar projects in African areas.
本发明涉及一种大厚度水泥处治红土粒料的现场路拌施工方法,通过现场路拌保证材料供应的连续性,通过配备GPS高程控制系统的平地机保证大厚度结构层的摊铺作业,通过钢轮压路机和胶轮压路机的工艺组合保证大厚度结构层的碾压效果。采用本方法进行施工的水泥处治红土粒料,不仅能够实现规模化施工,而且施工完成后的水泥处治红土粒料结构层具有较好的整体性和密实性,可为非洲地区同类项目提供切实可行的施工指导。
