Manufacturing method of existing bituminous pavement recycled concrete resonance fragmentation base layer
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an existing bituminous pavement recycled concrete resonance fragmentation base layer, and belongs to the field of road construction. The manufacturingmethod comprises the following steps: milling waste materials of an existing asphalt mixture surface layer and an existing inorganic binder stable base layer for recycling to obtain a concrete mixture, conveying the recycled factory mixture back to an original pavement base layer position for molding and pouring to form a recycled concrete layer, and manufacturing a fragmentation structure layerby adopting a resonance fragmentation technology after the recycled layer is hardened. The invention relates to an original technology for manufacturing a resonance fragmentation base layer by utilizing American resonance fragmentation old cement concrete pavement slabs. According to the manufacturing method of the recycled concrete resonance fragmentation base layer, the resonance fragmentation base layer structure is proved to become a durable asphalt pavement base layer structure through huge engineering quantity application examples of American and China old cement pavement reconstruction,and then a new asphalt surface layer is directly laid; and long service life of reconstructing the existing asphalt pavement into a new asphalt pavement can be achieved.
