Concrete resonance fission base layer long-life bituminous pavement and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a concrete resonance fission base layer long-life bituminous pavement and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the steps of: (1) pouring concrete on a base layer position of roadbed soil, and after the concrete is hardened, forming a concrete plate; (2) carrying out resonance fission treatment on the concrete plate to obtain a resonance fissionbase layer and an interlayer flexible connecting layer which are formed by stacking a roadbed and a bituminous surface layer; and (3) directly paving a bituminous surface layer on the interlayer flexible connecting layer, wherein the resonance fission base layer, the interlayer flexible connecting layer and the bituminous surface layer are self-adaptively integrated to form the concrete resonancefission base layer long-life bituminous pavement. According to the invention, a common concrete plate is adopted as a raw material, resonance energy accumulation is utilized to achieve a resonance fission base layer and an interlayer flexible connecting layer generated by fission, a new structure and a new material are created by resonance, the problem of long-life bituminous pavement constructionis solved by an integrated scheme, and huge economic benefits and social values can be realized for the country.
本发明涉及一种混凝土共振裂变基层长寿命沥青路面及其修筑方法,所述修筑方法包括:(1)将混凝土浇筑于路基土的基层层位上,待混凝土硬化后,形成混凝土板;(2)对所述混凝土板实施共振裂变处理,得到由路基至沥青面层层叠形成的共振裂变基层和层间柔性联结层;(3)在所述层间柔性联结层之上直接铺设沥青面层,所述共振裂变基层、层间柔性联结层以及沥青面层自适应为一体形成混凝土共振裂变基层长寿命沥青路面。本发明采用普通混凝土板作为原材料,利用共振能量积累达到裂变产生的共振裂变基层和层间柔性联结层,以共振创造新的结构和新的材料,一体化方案解决长寿命沥青路面修筑难题,能够为国家实现巨大的经济效益和社会价值。
