Thermal recycled semi-flexible pavement structure
The invention provides a thermal recycled semi-flexible pavement structure which comprises an upper surface layer, a middle surface layer, a lower surface layer and a base layer, modified emulsified asphalt layers are adopted between the upper surface layer and the middle surface layer and between the middle surface layer and the lower surface layer respectively, and a rubber asphalt waterproof bonding layer is adopted between the lower surface layer and the base layer; the upper surface layer is a semi-flexible pavement material layer of a hot recycled asphalt mixture matrix; and the middle surface layer and the lower surface layer are hot-mixed asphalt mixture layers. The structure can be applied to places such as long steep slope sections of roads, road surfaces in tunnels, toll stations, parking lots, gas stations, container wharfs, special bus lines and urban road intersections where ruts and pushing are likely to occur. The thermal recycled semi-flexible pavement structure is laid on a pavement base layer, the problem that the asphalt pavement at high temperature in summer lacks stability is solved, meanwhile, the situation that rainwater permeates into the base layer from the pavement surface is reduced, water damage is reduced, and good use value is achieved.
本发明提供了一种热再生半柔性路面结构,包括上面层、中面层、下面层、基层,上面层与中面层以及中面层与下面层之间采用改性乳化沥青层,下面层与基层之间采用橡胶沥青防水粘结层;上面层为热再生沥青混合料母体的半柔性路面材料层,中面层和下面层为热拌沥青混合料层,可用于公路长陡坡路段、隧道内路面、收费站、停车场、加油站、集装箱码头、公共汽车专用线及城市道路交叉口等容易出现车辙、推移的场所,铺设于路面基层之上,改善了沥青路面在夏季高温稳定性不足的问题,同时减少了雨水从路表渗透至基层的情况,降低了水损害,具有良好的使用价值。
