Cold-mixing recycled semi-flexible pavement material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cold-mixed recycled semi-flexible pavement material and a preparation method thereof, the cold-mixed recycled semi-flexible pavement material is prepared from waste asphalt concrete aggregate, new aggregate, filler, matrix skeleton mixed composite adhesive cement, matrix skeleton poured composite adhesive cement and fiber as raw materials, and the preparation process comprises the following steps: 1) mineral aggregate gradation correction and skeleton design; (2) preparing a cold-mixed regenerated matrix framework; and (3) pouring the composite adhesive cement and maintaining the material. The cold-mixing recycled semi-flexible pavement material can be applied to road sections with high requirements on bearing capacity such as heavy traffic, and the problems of insufficient durability and bearing capacity of the traditional recycled pavement material are solved. The method realizes high-quality recycling of the waste asphalt concrete at normal temperature, meets the national dual-carbon strategic target requirement at present, and is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种冷拌再生半柔性路面材料及其制备方法,它以废弃沥青混凝土集料、新集料、填料、基体骨架拌合复合胶浆、基体骨架灌注复合胶浆、纤维为原料制备而成,制备过程包含以下步骤:1)矿料级配校正与骨架设计;2)冷拌再生基体骨架制备;3)复合胶浆灌注与材料养护。本发明将所述的冷拌再生半柔性路面材料可应用于重载交通等对承载力要求较高的路段,解决传统再生路面材料耐久性、承载力不足的问题。本发明实现了废弃沥青混凝土在常温下的高品质再生利用,符合目前国家的“双碳”战略目标要求,适合推广使用。
