Energy-saving and environment-friendly asphalt concrete production system and production method thereof
The invention relates to an energy-saving and environment-friendly asphalt concrete production system comprising a stone feeding mechanism, an asphalt waste feeding mechanism, a new asphalt feeding mechanism, a mineral powder feeding machine hook and a stirring cylinder used for mixing asphalt concrete. A discharging port of the stirring cylinder is communicated with a finished product bin used for storing the asphalt concrete. The stone feeding mechanism, the asphalt waste feeding mechanism, the new asphalt feeding mechanism and the mineral powder feeding machine hook are all communicated with the stirring cylinder through feeding pipelines, and metering valves used for controlling the feeding amount are arranged on the feeding pipelines. The system is reasonable in design and has energy-saving and environment-friendly effects; pretreated asphalt, stone aggregate, mineral powder and asphalt waste can be proportionally prepared according to concrete gradation, and safe and stable production of asphalt concrete is guaranteed.
