The invention discloses a deepwater steel trestle cast-in-situ bored pile construction method which comprises the implementation of preparation work, a technological process design and construction steps. The construction steps is implemented as follows: (3a), performing floating platform positioning; (3b), performing steel casing lowering ; (3c), carrying out punching; (3d), checking and accepting a formed hole; (3e), lowering a reinforcement cage; (3f), carrying out secondary hole cleaning; and (3g), carrying out pouring concrete. According to the method, the front half part of a floating box is lifted to the position about 30 cm deep in draft of the floating box on two positioning piles through a 20 t chain block, the chain block is tensioned again for adjustment under the conditions that flushing is tried and the platform shakes severely, and positioning of the floating platform is completed after repeated testing is conducted to the optimal state. The chain block is used for lifting the floating box, the weight of the floating box is used for applying a pressure to a positioning pile, so that the stability of the positioning pile can be improved, and displacement of the platform due to vibration is reduced.
本发明公开了一种深水钢栈桥钻孔灌注桩施工方法,所述方法包括准备工作、工艺流程设计、施工步骤的实施,所述施工步骤包括:(3a)浮式平台定位;(3b)钢护筒下放;(3c)冲进;(3d)成孔验收;(3e)钢筋笼下放;(3f)二次清孔;(3g)混凝土灌注。本发明在2根定位桩上采用20t手拉葫芦将浮箱前半部分提起至浮箱吃水深度约30cm,试冲进,平台还有晃动较大的情况,再次拉紧手拉葫芦进行调整,反复测试至最佳状态后,即完成浮式平台的定位。采用手拉葫芦将浮箱提起,利用浮箱重量对定位桩进行施压,可增加定位桩的稳定性,减少因震动对平台的位移。
