The invention relates to a construction method of a deepwater cast-in-situ bored pile for a thin covering layer. The method comprises the steps that (1) a floating platform is built; 2) a guide hole platform is arranged on the floating platform built in the step 1), and mounting a drilling machine on the guide hole platform; (3) after all pile foundation hole leading operation is completed, the drilling machine is moved out of the hole leading platform; 4) an undercarriage is mounted and positioned; 5) the steel casing is lengthened and the lengthened steel casing is lowered; 6) bottom sealingbuilt-in concrete is poured; 7) rockfill is dumped and underwater grouting is performed; 8) a guiding hole platform completes system conversion, and a construction platform for drilling and pile pouring is formed; and 9) drilling and pile pouring operation is performed on the construction platform for drilling and pile pouring. According to the construction method for deepwater cast-in-situ boredpile with thin covering layer, the safety of the construction platform can be effectively ensured.
