The invention discloses a multiple-base-expansion type tube-sinking cast-in-situ pile construction method which comprises the following steps of S1, presetting a bottom sealing filler on a pile position; S2, walking a pile driver to a construction pile position; S3, utilizing a pile hammer for hammering double pipes so as to reach the designed depth of a first expansion bit; S4, lifting an inner pipe for feeding concrete into an outer pipe; S5, descending the inner pipe to press the concrete, and pulling the outer pipe to prepare for ram expansion; S6, re-hammering the inner pipe; S7, hammering the double pipes to ram, extrude and base-expand dense concrete again; S8, lifting the inner pipe for feeding into the outer pipe again; S9, slowly pulling the outer pipe to re-hammer the inner pipeso as to form a second expansion bit; S10, lifting the inner pipe to hoist a steel reinforcement cage into the outer pipe; S10, lifting the inner pipe for feeding into the outer pipe again; and S11,descending the inner pipe to press the concrete.
