The invention discloses construction equipment and a construction method of a necking-resistant tube-sinking cast-in-situ pile. The construction equipment comprises a steel sleeve, two grouting tubesare symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the steel sleeve, and the grouting tubes are arranged along the axis of the steel sleeve; an annular tube is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the bottom of the steel sleeve, and the sections of the lower part and the upper part of the annular tube are wedge-shaped, so that tube sinking and tube drawing are facilitated; the inner wall of the annular tube is a cylindrical surface and is coaxial with the steel sleeve, and the inner diameter of the annular tube is the same as the outer diameter of the steel sleeve; two slurry inlets are formed at the top of the annular tube, and the two slurry inlets are respectively connected with the lower ends of the two grouting tubes; and a plurality of circular holes are formed in the wedge-shaped inclined plane at the lower part of the annular tube and serve as slurry outlets, and the slurry inlets communicate with the slurry outlets through the annular tube. The construction equipment in the invention is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and low in cost, the constructed cast-in-situ pile has no necking and pile breaking phenomena, and the bearing capacity of a single pile can beimproved by more than half compared with the bearing capacity of a conventional tube-sinking cast-in-situ pile.
本发明公开了一种抗缩颈的沉管灌注桩的施工设备及施工方法,施工设备包括钢套管,钢套管外壁上对称设有两个注浆管,注浆管沿着钢套管的轴线设置;所述的钢套管底部外壁固定安装有环形管,环形管下部和上部截面为楔形,便于沉管和拔管;环形管的内壁为圆柱面,与钢套管同轴且其内径与钢套管的外径相同;所述的环形管顶部设有两个进浆口,两个进浆口分别与两个注浆管的下端连接;环形管下部的楔形斜面上开设有多个圆形孔作为出浆口,进浆口和出浆口通过环形管连通。本发明结构简单,制造方便,成本低,所施工得到的灌注桩无缩颈和断桩现象,而单桩承载力较常规沉管灌注桩的承载力可提高一半以上。
