According to the connecting device, the reinforcing steel bars of the two prestressed anchor rods are connected through connecting nuts, or the two prestressed anchor rods are connected through flanges or the reinforcing steel bars in a welded mode, the reinforcing steel bars of the two prestressed anchor rods are fixed to the flanges respectively and connected with the two flanges through bolts, the two flanges with the radius larger than that of the anchor rods are adopted, the peripheries of the two flanges are connected through bolts, or the two flanges are locked through hoop bolts.
