Construction method for pouring concrete into karst cave
The invention discloses a construction method for pouring concrete into a karst cave. The construction method comprises the following steps: pumping the concrete into a drill stem hollow channel, andbreaking through a sealing cover with an extension spring to enter the karst cave to accomplish concrete filling; in a case that height of the karst cave is relatively small, injecting low-slump plainconcrete mixed with an accelerator to form a concrete pier through a drilling machine and an auger stem; in a case that height of the karst cave is relatively great, sleeving a hollow drill stem witha thin-wall steel sleeve, synchronously following up the thin-wall steel sleeve during drilling, entering the karst cave, and building in a stable rock layer, pouring concrete into the thin-wall steel sleeve from a pile bottom; and finally, inserting a reinforcement cage to form a poured pile. Compared with a conventional karst cave treatment method, the construction method can greatly reduce material consumption, improves construction mechanical degree, simplifies the construction processes, greatly shortens a construction period, and reduces engineering cost; and in a case that height of the karst cave is relatively great, the formed thin-wall steel sleeve poured pile further can improve bearing ability of a pile base.
本发明公开了一种溶洞灌注混凝土的施工方法,将混凝土泵送入钻杆中空通道内并冲开钻头上带有拉伸弹簧的密封盖进入溶洞内完成混凝土灌注。在溶洞高度较低的情况下,通过钻机和螺旋钻杆注入掺有速凝剂的低坍落度素混凝土形成混凝土墩;在溶洞高度较高的情况下,将空心钻杆套入薄壁钢套管内,在钻孔的同时同步跟进薄壁钢套管,进入溶洞并嵌固在稳定岩层,随后从桩底向薄壁钢套管内灌注混凝土,最后插入钢筋笼,形成灌注桩。本发明与传统溶洞处理方法相比,能够大幅降低材料消耗,提高施工机械化程度,简化施工工序流程,大幅度缩短工期,降低工程造价,在溶洞高度较高的情况下形成的薄壁钢套管灌注桩还能进一步提高桩基础的承载能力。
