The invention discloses a construction method of bottom sealing of a sinking well. In the pouring process of underwater concrete, through slow lifting and quick falling of a guiding pipe, the guidingpipe is prevented from being pulled out of the concrete, the inserting depth of the guiding pipe into the concrete is 1 m or above, when a hopper has reached the maximum height and cannot be lifted any more, a short pipe on the upper part can be disassembled to decrease the length of the guiding pipe, when the concrete in the guiding pipe descends to a lower opening of a pipe section to be dismantled, the guiding pipe is lowered quickly to make the concrete stop flowing out from the guiding pipe, and then disassembly work is conducted; when concrete pouring work is about to be completed, concrete with the slump cone being larger than 20 cm is adopted, and when the concrete surface elevation has reached the design elevation, 10-20 cm of concrete is additionally poured on the basis of the concrete surface elevation; and ascending data of the underwater concrete surface and concrete diffusion radius data are measured, and the burying depth of the guiding pipe into the concrete is controlled according to the measured data; and one-time bottom sealing construction of the sinking well is completed. The anti-floating coefficient of the sinking well meets the requirement, it is ensured that a base soil layer of the sinking well has the enough bearing capacity, the sinking well does not generate a settling phenomenon, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种沉井封底的施工方法,水下砼浇筑过程中,通过导管的慢提快落,防止导管拔出混凝土外,导管插入砼内深度为1m以上,当漏斗已达到最大高度不能再提升时,可拆卸上部的短管缩短导管的长度,当导管内的砼下降到预备拆卸的管节下口时,迅速降低导管,使砼停止从导管内流出,然后进行拆除工作;浇筑砼工作即将结束时,采用坍落度大于20cm的砼,当砼表面标高已达到设计标高时,在砼表面标高的基础上多浇筑10~20cm;测量水下砼面的上升数据、砼扩散半径数据,根据测量数据控制导管的埋入砼内的深度;完成沉井的一次性封底施工,沉井的抗浮系数符合要求,保证沉井基底土层具有足够的承载力,沉井不会发生沉降现象,减低了施工的成本。
