The invention relates to a pipeline water discharging structure for constructing a sponge city. The pipeline water discharging structure comprises a plurality of inspection wells arranged along a green belt at equal intervals and a water discharging pipe laid along the green belt. Each inspection well is internally provided with a first filter pipe and a second filter pipe which are in cup joint,wherein the first filter pipe and the second filter pipe oppositely slide, and the coinciding end portions are provided with seal devices; the end portions, away from each other, of the first filter pipe and the second filter pipe are provided with threaded pipes consistent in caliber, filter devices are detachably arranged in the first filter pipe and the second filter pipe, and the filter precision of the filter devices is gradually improved in the water flow flowing direction; and the end portions, away from each other, of the first filter pipe and the second filter pipe communicate with the water discharging pipe. By adoption of the above technical scheme, the effect that rainwater is preliminary filtered, and blockage is conveniently removed is achieved; and the situation of road water accumulation caused by unsmooth water discharging is reduced.
