The fabricated superhigh-rise core tube structure comprises a tubebody. The tube body comprises four shear walls. The adjacent shear walls are connected and fixed through connecting devices. Each connecting device comprises four pile columns. The two adjacent sidewalls of the pile columns are provided with fixing parts used for fixing the two sides of the shear walls. A connecting beam is arranged at the upper ends of the two adjacent pile columns in the horizontal direction. The connecting beams and the pile columns are connected through connecting pieces. The pile columns are provided with stiffeners used for connecting every two adjacent pile columns inthe vertical direction. A steel frame assembly is arranged outside the tube body. The steel frame assembly comprises a plurality of stand columns and cross beams connecting the every two adjacent stand columns. The stand columns are arranged on the outer side of the tube body in an array mode. The stand columns and the cross beams are connected through mounting parts. The sides, far away from thefixing parts, of the pile columns are connected with second steel beams. One ends of the second steel beams are connected with the pile columns through clasp parts, and the other ends of the steel beams are fixedly connected with the corresponding stand columns.
