The invention provides an emergency unlocking device and method of a sale cabinet, the sale cabinet and an unmanned vehicle. The emergency unlocking device comprises main linkage parts and fixing parts, the main linkage parts are used for being connected with electric control locks of the same layer of goods cases of the unmanned vehicle-mounted sale cabinet correspondingly, the fixing parts are used for detachably connecting the main linkage parts with a box body of the unmanned vehicle-mounted sale cabinet, and the main linkage parts can drive the electric control locks of the same layer ofgoods cases to be opened after moving in the first direction. When an electronic control system of the sale cabinet loses efficacy, the fixing parts are detached from the box body firstly to relieve fixed connection between the main linkage parts and the box body, then the main linkage parts on the corresponding layer are pulled by hands, the main linkage parts drive the electric control locks onthe same layer to be opened synchronously, compared with the mode that unlocking needs to be sequentially conducted from bottom to top in the prior art, the electric control locks on the upper layer can be directly opened, operation is more convenient and faster, and the efficiency is higher.
