The invention discloses an emergency unlocking assembly and a storage cabinet. The assembly comprises a first base part, a first moving part, a plurality of tough connecting pieces and a plurality of emergency shaft sleeves. The first moving part is movably connected with the first base part. Each tough connecting piece is correspondingly matched with one electric control lock assembly used for opening and closing a storage grid opening of the storage cabinet, and each tough connecting piece is connected between the first moving part and the corresponding electric control lock assembly and used for moving under the movement of the first moving part and controlling the corresponding electric control lock assembly to open and close the corresponding storage grid opening; and each emergency shaft sleeve is correspondingly arranged on one tough connecting piece, and the emergency shaft sleeves are used for enabling the corresponding tough connecting pieces to relatively move towards the first moving part when being pulled, so that the corresponding electric control lock assemblies are controlled to open the corresponding single storage grid openings. The emergency unlocking assembly aims to realize independent emergency unlocking and centralized emergency unlocking at the same time, so that the emergency unlocking efficiency is improved, and the privacy of a user is protected.
