The invention relates to a heating electric appliance and a door lock, wherein a moving piece is provided with a first locking part and can perform reciprocating motion in a preset direction; a locking piece is provided with a second locking part and a third locking part which are arranged at interval; the second locking part and the third locking part can cooperate with the first locking part ina locking manner; a first switch assembly is used for driving the moving piece to move in the preset direction to enable the first locking part to be separated from the second locking part; a reset piece is used for enabling the first locking part to cooperate with the third locking part in a locking manner after the first locking part is separated from the second locking part; and a second switchassembly is used for enabling the moving piece to move in the preset direction to enable the first locking part to be separated from the third locking part. According to the heating electric appliance and the door lock, two steps are required for opening a cover plate relative to a box body, so the cover plate cannot be opened even if one step of opening operation is conducted due to misoperation, the safety coefficient is high and the safety accident such as scald is not liable to occur.
