The invention relates to an existing railway line contact network positioning and mounting structure and belongs to the technical field of rail transit power supply. The structure comprises two door-shaped frames, wherein the two portal frames are both fixedly arranged on a roadbed and located on two sides of a rail correspondingly, planes where the door-shaped frames on two sides are located arearranged in parallel, each door-shaped frame comprises two stand columns and a transverse rod fixedly arranged between ends of the two stand columns, a crossing beam crossing over the track is arranged between the transverse rods of the door-shaped frames on the two sides, and a positioning device for positioning a carrier cable and a contact line of an overhead line system is arranged on a spanning beam. The structure is advantaged in that the portal frame can span a culvert below a railway so that the culvert is prevented from influencing stability of the whole positioning device after installation, constructors do not need to remove the existing culvert or other structures, the engineering quantity is reduced, and cost and the engineering time are saved.
