The invention relates to the field of refractory materials, in particular to a homogenized alumina non-oxide composite castable and a preparation method thereof. The composite castable is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight. 39 to 45 parts of brown fused alumina; 26 to 30 parts of 88-grade homogenized alumina, 7 to 9 parts of silicon carbide, 2.5 to 7.5 parts of aluminum oxide micro powder, 2 to 7 parts of pure calcium aluminate cement, 1.5 to 9.5 parts of silicon nitride, 3 to 5.5 parts of silicon powder, 0.06 to 0.35 part of aluminum powder, 1 to 3 parts of silicon dioxide micro powder, 0.05 to 0.12 part of organic fiber and 0.1 to 0.2 part of water reducing agent. When the prepared blast furnace iron runner castable is in direct contact with high-temperature slag and fluid at a high working temperature, the physical property of the castable is stable, slag scouring and thermal spalling can be well resisted, and the service life of a furnace body is prolonged; the high-temperature thermal shock resistance is excellent, damage to the material structure caused by thermal stress can be effectively resisted, and the service life is prolonged; besides, compared with a traditional fused brown corundum material, the composite castable is low in heat conductivity and has the effects of reducing heat consumption, improving thermal spalling resistance and maintaining excellent slag corrosion resistance.
本发明涉及耐火材料领域,具体涉及一种均化矾土非氧化物复合材料浇注料及其制备方法,以下重量份数的原料配制而成:棕刚玉39~45份,88级均化矾土26~30份,碳化硅7~9份,氧化铝微粉2.5~7.5份,纯铝酸钙水泥2~7份,氮化硅1.5~9.5份,硅粉3~5.5份,铝粉0.06~0.35份,二氧化硅微粉1~3份,有机纤维0.05~0.12份,减水剂0.1~0.2份。本发明制备出的高炉铁沟浇注料在较高的工作温度下,与高温熔渣及流体直接接触时,材料的物理性能稳定,能够很好地抵御熔渣冲刷及热剥落,提升炉体使用寿命;高温抗热冲击性能优异,能够有效抵抗热应力造成材料结构的损毁,提高使用寿命;此外,与传统电熔棕刚玉质材料相比,热导率较低,具有降低热消耗作用,提高抗热剥落性能,同时维持优良的抗熔渣侵蚀性能。
