The invention relates to the field of refractory materials, in particular to a homogenized alumina castable for a blast furnace iron runner and a preparation method thereof. The homogenized alumina castable is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 to 25 parts of compact homogenized bauxite; 25 to 30 parts of fused brown fused alumina; 20-25 parts of fused white corundum,5-10 parts of fused magnesite, 1-3 parts of silicon dioxide micro powder, 1-2 parts of bimodal activated aluminum oxide micro powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of spherical asphalt, 0.2-0.5 part of carbon blackpowder, 0.5-1 part of an antioxidant, 0.1-0.3 part of organic fiber and 0.1-0.2 part of a superplasticizer. According to the influence of the dense homogenized bauxite, the common bauxite and the sub-white corundum on the performance of the aluminum silicon carbide carbon material for a torpedo car three-removal process, the result shows that the dense homogenized bauxite sample is superior to thecommon bauxite in the aspects of normal-temperature performance index, high-temperature breaking strength and corrosion resistance.
本发明涉及耐火材料领域,尤其涉及一种用于高炉铁沟的均化矾土浇注料及其制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:致密均化铝矾土15~25份,电熔棕刚玉25~30份,电熔白刚玉20~25份、电熔镁砂5~10份、二氧化硅微粉1~3份、双峰活性氧化铝微粉1~2份、球状沥青0.5~1.5份、炭黑粉0.2~0.5份、抗氧化剂0.5~1份、有机纤维0.1~0.3份、和高效减水剂0.1~0.2份。本发明致密均化铝矾土、普通铝矾土和亚白刚玉对鱼雷车“三脱”工艺用铝碳化硅碳材料性能的影响,结果发现,致密均化铝矾土试样在常温性能指标以及高温抗折强度和耐侵蚀性能方面都优于普通矾土。
