Anti-reduction BaTiO3-based dielectric ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-reduction BaTiO3-based dielectric ceramic and a preparation method thereof. According to the dielectric ceramic, BaTiO3 is used as a base material; Co2O3 and CaCO3 areused as auxiliary agents, the chemical expression of the dielectric ceramic is (1-x)BaTiO<3-x>Co2O<3-y>CaCO3, x is equal to 0.1-0.2, y is equal to 1-2wt.%, and y represents the percentage content of the mass of CaCO3 in the total mass of BaTiO3 and Co2O3. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing materials according to a chemical expression, and then carrying out ball milling,drying, presintering, secondary ball milling and drying to obtain ceramic powder; and adding a binder into the ceramic powder, granulating, sieving, aging, carrying out compression molding to obtaina ceramic green body, carrying out glue discharge treatment, and finally sintering in a reducing atmosphere to obtain the anti-reduction BaTiO3-based dielectric ceramic. The dielectric ceramic has theadvantages of simple components, simple preparation process, low cost and good reduction resistance.
