Rigid-flexible composite steel bridge deck pavement structure and pavement method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge deck pavement and particularly relates to a rigid-flexible composite steel bridge deck pavement structure and a pavement method thereof. The rigid-flexible combined type steel bridge deck pavement structure comprises RAC-10 high-strength cold-mixed epoxy resin concrete and LGA-10 gradient functional pouring type asphalt concrete from top to bottom. The pavement structure is advantaged in that density difference between the light aggregate and the common aggregate and density difference between the light aggregate and the cementing materialare utilized by a lower surface layer, so the light aggregate and the common aggregate are enriched on a top surface and a bottom surface of the pavement respectively, interlayer shear resistance isenhanced, and the deformation compliance is fully exerted; by adopting the gradient functional pouring type asphalt concrete and the high-strength cold-mixed epoxy resin concrete, the thickness of thesteel bridge deck pavement can be increased by 1-3cm under the condition that a constant load is kept unchanged, so aims of improving the bridge deck pavement rigidity and improving the pavement stress are fulfilled.
本发明属于桥面铺装技术领域,具体涉及一种刚柔复合式钢桥面铺装结构及其铺装方法。本发明提供的刚柔复合式钢桥面铺装结构,由上至下为RAC‑10高强冷拌环氧树脂混凝和LGA‑10梯度功能浇注式沥青混凝土。本发明下面层利用轻质集料与普通集料和胶结料的密度差,使铺装顶面和底面分别富集轻集料和普通集料,起到增强层间抗剪性能,充分发挥变形追从性的效果。通过采用梯度功能浇注式沥青混凝土和高强冷拌环氧树脂混凝土,可使钢桥面铺装保持恒载不变的情况下提升厚度1cm~3cm,从而达到提高桥面铺装刚度,改善铺装受力的目的。
