A cementing layer is laid on the grid protection layer, the cementing layer is made of low-molecular 650 polyamide resin and used for bonding an upper layer and a lower layer, an ECC material layer is laid on the cementing layer, and the ECC material layer is made of a PVA fiber cement-based composite material. The problem that the rigidity of the bridge deck is greatly reduced due to cracking of the pavement layer is solved, and the service life of the bridge is prolonged.
