The invention discloses a prefabricated floor secondary beam combined member. The prefabricated floor secondary beam combined member comprises prefabricated floors, truss secondary beams and girders;the multiple prefabricated floors are built on a main frame spliced by the girders, grooves are formed in connection joints of the two adjacent prefabricated floors or connection joints of the two adjacent prefabricated floors and the girders, and pre-embedded pieces in the prefabricated floors and first fixing connection pieces on the girders extend out of the interiors of the grooves; concrete is poured in the grooves, and the prefabricated floors and the girders are connected; the upper parts of the truss secondary beams are fixed to the lower parts of the prefabricated floors, and fixing connection pieces connected with the prefabricated floors are arranged on the upper parts of the truss secondary beams; and connecting plates are arranged at two ends of the truss secondary beams, andthe truss secondary beams are connected with the girders through the connecting plates. According to the prefabricated floor secondary beam combined member, the prefabricated floors and the secondarybeams are combined together in a factory, the problem of initial immunity of the floors and the beams due to wet concrete is solved, and the purpose of increasing the strength and stiffness of the floors is achieved; and meanwhile, through the standardization and modularization of the prefabricated member, the workload is greatly reduced, and the construction speed is improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式预制楼板次梁组合构件,包括预制楼板、桁架次梁和主梁;多个预制楼板搭建在主梁拼接成的主框架上,相邻两个预制楼板的连接处或相邻两个预制楼板和主梁的连接处形成凹槽,预制楼板内部的预埋件和主梁上的固定连接件伸出在凹槽内部;在凹槽内浇筑混凝土,连接预制楼板与主梁;桁架次梁上方固定在预制楼板下方,桁架次梁上方设有与预制楼板连接的固定连接件;桁架次梁的两端设有连接板,桁架次梁通过连接板与主梁连接。本发明通过在工厂把预制楼板和次梁组合在一起,避免由于湿混凝土引起的楼板及梁的初始挠度问题,达到增大楼板强度和刚度的目的,同时预制构件的标准化和模块化,大大减少工作量,提高施工速度。
